I did this layout in the '90's.  It was when large die cuts (like the haunted house) were all the rage.  If this is more your style, I say "Go with it!"  Don't worry if your layouts look different or you don't go with the latest trend.  It's all about YOU and the style that makes YOU happy!

 

Who says you always have to use orange and black for Halloween or fall layouts?  I picked the complimentary to orange, blue stripes.  It makes the orange on the pumpkins really pop out.

Things are really easy to coordinate when you buy a pack of matching paper!
